A commerce graduate with a deep passion for music and live events, he pursued a Post-Graduation Diploma in Event Management from St. Joseph’s in 2004, marking the perfect fusion of passion and profession. With over two decades of experience, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry as a consultant and played key roles in milestone events such as the Intel Developer Forum, Afro-Asian Games, and Sunburn, among many others. His career reflects dedication, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in the world of events.

Beyond work, he is a true nature lover and poet at heart who finds happiness in life’s simplest moments. His personal interests include reading, he even maintains a mini library along with traveling and cooking. These passions mirror his appreciation for culture, creativity, and the joy of meaningful experiences.

CO-FOUNDER  & MANAGING PARTNER 

A dual-degree holder with an extraordinary ability to read people, his interpersonal and networking skills have earned him recognition across India, often jokingly referred to as having a “travel agency office” in every state. With a decade long experience in recruitment at Meta I, he has built a strong reputation as the “punter of recruitment,” known for his intuition, strategy, and people-first approach in every venture.

Outside his professional life, he is an ardent foodie and pet lover whose adventurous spirit keeps him constantly on the move. A racer at heart, he loves long drives across India, discovering new destinations and cuisines. His weekends are often spent traveling, exploring local flavors, or hosting hearty feasts for friends and family, blending his love for food, people, and exploration.

 MENTOR & CONSULTANT

With a career spanning nearly three decades, Shashi—fondly known as Bhai—has been a mentor and guiding force for the second generation of event managers from the late ’90s and early 2000s. Having been associated with renowned names like Ex Showbiz and Wizcraft, he has contributed to landmark events such as the Afro-Asian Games, A.R. Rahman’s 3D Live Tour, the Great Indian Rock Festival, the Jazz Festival, and Maestro Live Concerts. His expertise in leading turnkey event projects and nurturing talent has made him an integral part of Team Trivima’s growth and vision.

A true enthusiast of live entertainment, Shashi’s leisure time is filled with music, hosting parties, and sharing his experiences with friends and family. He finds joy in mentoring young professionals, spreading knowledge, and inspiring creativity making his off-time as impactful and vibrant as his career.

 TREASURY & ACCOUNT MANAGER

 Currently pursuing her MBA, Sneha oversees financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and treasury operations with accuracy and discipline. She ensures financial stability, cost efficiency, and compliance while supporting sustainable growth for the company. With strong analytical skills, precision in financial management, and a strategic outlook, she maintains transparency and accountability. Her strengths include attention to detail, reliability, and a forward-thinking approach that strengthens the company’s financial health.

Outside of work, Sneha is a professional Mehandi artist, enjoys painting and fun cooking, letting her artistic flair and attention to detail shine in every creation. 

 PROCUREMENT & ACQUISITION

An engineer graduate, Divya specializes in vendor acquisition, procurement, and administrative management. She ensures smooth resource planning, cost efficiency, and seamless backend support for every event. Skilled in vendor negotiations, compliance management, and organizational efficiency, she guarantees that the right resources are available at the right time. Her strengths lie in attention to detail, problem-solving, and a reliable, solution-oriented approach that keeps operations steady and effective.

Beyond work, Divya channels her creativity and patience from the kitchen into her professional life, turning both cooking and event management into artful pursuits.

 CLIENT GROWTH ASSOCIATE

 A graduated MBA professional, Jahnavi focuses on building and nurturing long-term client relationships by understanding their event needs and delivering customized solutions. She bridges client expectations with company delivery, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. With excellent communication skills, creativity, and a client-first approach, she brings innovation and empathy to client servicing. Her strengths include relationship building, innovation, and the ability to connect deeply with people, making her a trusted partner for clients.

Beyond her role, Jahnavi is a professional model and aspiring actress, dancer, and artist passionate about painting, styling, and book reading. She loves experimenting with new recipes, travelling, and exploring new places, bringing creativity, curiosity, and cultural richness into everything she does. Her deep love for animals and pets reflects her compassionate and nurturing nature.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

 An engineer graduate, Deviprasad plays a key role in handling operational planning, logistics coordination, and on-ground execution of events. He ensures smooth functioning across different departments by streamlining resources and supporting teams during critical stages of execution. Known for his reliability, adaptability, and systematic approach, he contributes to maintaining efficiency and consistency in every project. His strengths include multitasking, process management, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Beyond work Deviprasad stays active through sports like table tennis, chess, badminton, and wrestling. He enjoys exploring creative content on social media and staying connected with trends. In his downtime, he loves diving into online mobile games like BGMI, Clash of Clans, and more.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Currently pursuing his Bachelor’s in Commerce (final year), Hemanth Gowda manages day-to-day event operations, logistics, and on-ground execution with precision. He coordinates between teams, ensures timely delivery of resources, and maintains event quality. Known for his proactive approach, adaptability, and quick decision-making, Hemanth Gowda thrives under pressure. His strengths include strong time management, team collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in every project.

Outside of work, Hemanth Gowda fuels his curiosity by traveling to new places and tasting a variety of dishes, bringing the same sense of adventure and openness to everything he does.
